Our mission is to offer affordable, unique paintings, that connects undiscovered Indian artists with entry-level buyers seeking affordable art for home décor, offering an exceptional online shopping experience that mirrors the charm of offline purchases. Through our platform, we aim to celebrate the stories behind each painting and artist, making art more accessible and meaningful for all.

Terms and Conditions
By joining The Palace of Hues, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure smooth operations for both Artists and our customers:
Artwork Photos and Stories:
· Mandatory: You are required to share standardized, high-quality photos of your artwork. These images should be well-lit and showcase the painting in its true form.
· Optional: You can share the story behind the artwork or your creative journey. If you choose not to share, we can write a story for you to provide context and engage with buyers.
Order Fulfilment:
· Once an order is placed, you will receive a notification. You are required to keep the painting ready for pickup within 2 days.
· Our team will take care of shipping and packaging in a standardized manner (including any charges), ensuring that the artwork arrives safely and professionally to us and the customer.
Returns and Exchange :

Customer Rejection:
If a customer rejects the painting for any reason after delivery, we will pay the artist as expected. The painting will remain with us, and we will attempt to resell it again. -
Damaged or Unacceptable Artwork from Artist:
If the painting received by us is damaged, significantly different from the approved images, or otherwise not in an acceptable condition, it will be returned to the artist at the artist’s expense.
Pricing:
· You set the price for your artwork based on size, complexity, and the value you feel it holds. We recommend pricing within an affordable range for buyers, since the target customer for our company is entry level buyers
· If the price of the artwork seems inconsistent with its quality or market expectations, our team will provide feedback and suggest price adjustments.
· Platform Charges: A 30-40% platform charges will be applied on top of the artist price and will be charged from the customer to cover our platform charges, including shipping to the customer, handling fees, payment gateway fees, Packaging, and marketing costs.
Payment:
· Artists will receive payment on the same day the painting has been picked up from the artist. We will bear any customer exchange or losses provided we receive the painting from the artist in a similar condition as depicted.
Authenticity:
· With each painting, we will provide the customer a digital Certificate of Authenticity, signed with Artist’s digital signature.
Rights to Sell:
· You can sell the artwork onboarded on our website at other platforms also, just make sure to inform our team ASAP so that we can deactivate the listing
