We pour care into every artwork that ships from our Palace, but if your piece arrives with any damage whatsoever, don’t worry, we’ve got you.

Please let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right with a full refund.
We’ll schedule a pickup and initiate the refund once the return is verified.
Approved refund amount will be credited to original payment source.
