Return Policy

We pour utmost care into every artwork that ships from our Palace.

If your artwork arrives damaged, don’t worry, you can request a full refund. Returns will be accepted within 2 days. Or, if you simply don’t love the piece, you’re welcome to exchange it for another artwork of the same value within 2 Days.

To help us process your refund or exchange quickly, please share:
• A clear photo of the artwork
• Your order number

We’ll schedule a pickup and initiate the refund once the return is verified. The approved refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days. For exchanges, the store credit will be issued after deducting the return shipping cost from the artwork value.
