If your artwork arrives damaged, don’t worry, you can request for a full refund . Returns will be accepted within 2 days. Or, if you simply don’t love the piece, you’re welcome to exchange it for another artwork using store credit of the same value within a week.

We’ll schedule a pickup and initiate the refund once the return is verified. The approved refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
